Your Agreement With Us

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the f77x platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue your use of the f77x platform. f77x reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice, as further described in Section 14.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and f77x with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the subject matter herein.

The f77x platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is non-negotiable and applies universally to all f77x users regardless of location.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual in your personal capacity — not on behalf of a business, institution, or third party.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where accessing f77x would constitute a criminal offence.
• You must not have been previously suspended, banned, or self-excluded from the f77x platform.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements listed above. f77x may conduct age and identity verification checks at registration or at any subsequent point during your account lifecycle, in accordance with our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under our international gaming licence.

To access real-money gaming services on f77x, you are required to create a single registered account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the f77x platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or on behalf of another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password).
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Any activity carried out on your account using your credentials is deemed to be your own activity, regardless of whether you personally performed it.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify f77x support immediately at [email protected].

f77x reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage of your account lifecycle. This may include requesting a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, recent utility bill, or other government-issued documentation. Accounts where KYC has not been completed may have withdrawals held until verification is finalised.

f77x processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. No currency conversion fees are charged by f77x for PKR transactions, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your f77x account instantly, subject to your mobile wallet or bank's processing times. f77x does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within 2–6 hours during normal operating hours. f77x reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where KYC verification is incomplete. Withdrawal requests submitted during public holidays or outside business hours may take up to 24 hours to process.

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 500
• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 1,000
• Maximum single withdrawal: subject to account tier and verification status
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by f77x support

f77x offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback credits, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented to you.

The following general terms apply to all f77x bonuses unless otherwise explicitly stated in the specific bonus terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements will be clearly communicated for each individual offer.
• One Bonus Per Household: Each household (defined by residential address or shared IP address) is entitled to claim each promotional offer only once.
• Bonus Abuse: f77x reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, employing low-risk hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements artificially, or colluding with other players.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire after the period stated in the specific bonus terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less. Specific contribution rates are listed per promotion.

f77x reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of f77x's compliance team is final.

All sports bets placed on f77x — including cricket, PSL, international T20s, Test matches, ODIs, football, UFC, and kabaddi — are subject to the following general betting rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published within the sportsbook interface.

• A bet is not confirmed until it has been accepted by the f77x system and a bet confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets placed during system downtime or connectivity interruptions may be voided.
• f77x reserves the right to void, suspend, or limit betting markets at any time without prior notice, particularly in cases of match integrity concerns, unusual betting patterns, or technical errors in the odds display.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (commonly known as a "palpable error" or "palpable error odds"), f77x reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to a brief delay between the real-world event and the platform's live feed. f77x is not liable for outcomes that result from this inherent data latency.
• PSL match bets follow ICC and PSL official rules. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced, or replayed, bets will be settled according to f77x's official abandonment policy as published in the sportsbook help section.

Maximum and minimum stake limits apply per market and per event. Winnings from any single bet may be capped at the published maximum payout limit for that market. f77x reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific accounts at its sole discretion.

All casino games available on f77x — including slots, live dealer tables, table games, crash games, and Megaways titles — are provided by independently certified third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, and Hacksaw Gaming. These providers hold their own gaming certifications and are subject to independent RNG (Random Number Generator) auditing by recognised testing laboratories.

f77x does not modify the underlying game mathematics or RNG outcomes of any game. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term average return as certified by the game provider and are not a guarantee of individual session results.

• Game outcomes are determined entirely by the certified RNG of the relevant game provider and cannot be influenced by f77x or by any player.
• In the event of a game software malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance.
• f77x is not responsible for internet connectivity failures on the player's end that result in disconnection during a live game session. Game outcomes that were already determined by the RNG at the point of disconnection stand as final.
• Any attempt to use automated software, bots, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

f77x is deeply committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity and must never be treated as a source of income, a solution to financial difficulties, or a way to recover previous losses. f77x provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools to every registered player, accessible at any time via the account dashboard.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure session duration alerts to be notified of how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) to take a break from gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the f77x platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the stated exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic pop-up notifications during gaming sessions showing your net session results and time played.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f77x platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the f77x platform (multi-accounting)
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports betting corruption
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to place bets or play casino games
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live poker or other multiplayer formats
• Charging back deposits via your bank or mobile wallet provider while retaining winnings generated from those deposits
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing f77x staff or other users via any communication channel

f77x employs sophisticated fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Unusual patterns — including but not limited to irregular betting behaviour, IP address inconsistencies, and device fingerprint anomalies — are automatically flagged for review. f77x's fraud and compliance decisions are final and binding.

f77x reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, AML concerns, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or inactivity.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request closure of your f77x account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method after standard verification checks. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Inactive Account Policy: An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. f77x will notify you via the registered email address before applying any inactivity fee. Inactivity fees, if applied, will be deducted from the dormant account balance and will not reduce the balance below zero.

All content on the f77x platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, software code, game interfaces, text, and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of f77x or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the f77x platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any f77x content
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the f77x platform using automated tools
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any f77x software
• Use f77x branding, logos, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent

Any unauthorised use of f77x intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f77x and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, interruption of service, or any reliance placed on the accuracy of information displayed on the platform.

f77x's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your f77x account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The f77x platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While f77x makes all reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

f77x collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By using the f77x platform, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

f77x will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party service providers — such as payment processors, KYC verification partners, and game providers — is limited to what is strictly necessary for those services to function and is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

f77x reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, f77x will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform's homepage. Minor clarifications or formatting updates may be made without notice.

The amended Terms will take effect from the date published on this page. Your continued use of the f77x platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and request account closure as described in Section 10.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which f77x holds its international gaming licence. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any legal disputes.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute, you must first contact f77x's customer support team at [email protected] and allow f77x a reasonable opportunity — not less than 14 business days — to resolve the matter internally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, both parties agree to pursue resolution through the dispute resolution mechanism available under f77x's international gaming licence before initiating formal legal proceedings.

Any claim or cause of action arising from or related to these Terms or your use of f77x must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or it shall be permanently barred.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
